Important Instructions Regarding Registration Form
Registration does not ensure admission.
The form is likely to be rejected if it is incomplete or any
discrepancy found.
Admission to the Nursery and Junior K.G. classes is entitled
to the student who is completing 2½ & 3 ½ years
(Birth certificate from Muncipal Corporation is required).
This form will not be accepted without a photograph of the ward.
Student joining from any other institution must attach a photostat
copy of the mark sheet of the annual examination of the last school
attended, which will be verified with the original at the Reception
desk.
Completed forms will be accepted only between 9.30 a.m. to 2.30
p.m. on all working days upto the last date mentioned on the college
notice board.
Information regarding admission, test, interviews etd will be
put on the Notice Board of the College office.
Parents are advised to secure a recepit of Registration Form
and preserve it. The form number will be quoted in all future
references in this regard.
Bus facility is available for students provided the student
is on the route decided by the college. Temporary changes are
not permitted. The Bus fees is not refundable.
If admitted, the parent has to deposit the fee of the fist quarter
within three days of the notification or else admission is likely
to be cancelled.
The Fee (Except caution money) will not be refunded in case
of withdrawal. If the child is with drawn after admission or in
the mid session.
4 Photographs of the student and one each of father and mother
and one of guardian (if any) will be required while filling up
the admission form.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The following criteria will be followed for allotment of elective subjects to the students who have passed Class X Board Exams as regular student.
English Core will be compulsory Subject to all students of Class XI & XII
For allotment of subjects as stated above, students should fulfill the below given Percentage criteria in the board Exam 2008.

Aggregate 50% with 55% in Social Science and in English
If the students fail to satisfy the above criteria, their Admission & Allotment of Stream will be cancelled or regulated on the basis of their Board Results.
